In November, Dongguang Science and Technology coordinated production and operation and epidemic prevention and control, insisted on increasing production, adjusting structure, and narrowing the mouth, achieving a year-on-year increase of 16.5% in commodity output, of which high-end alloy output increased by 30.6% year-on-year; JP output increased by 16% year-on-year, both A record high.

Casting, rolling, stretching, quenching and other processes are in order, and all positions are busy but not chaotic, orderly, so that equipment, human resources and other resources can be used to their full potential. In November, the delivery volume of ingots from Dongqing Casting Plant increased by 12% year-on-year, the output of plate and strip plants increased by 23.9% year-on-year, and the output of medium and thick plate plants increased by 22.2% year-on-year.
The main production units strengthened the promotion of production operation, process technology, cost reduction, etc., and carried out a series of research on the narrow mouth. The plate and strip factory continued to optimize the equipment process parameters, revised and improved the operating procedures, and achieved a historical record of rolling 30 pieces in a single shift and 67 pieces in a single day. A 5-series large-size thin-walled pipe produced by one-time extrusion molding achieved a 10% increase in yield and a three-fold increase in production efficiency, which contributed to a 46% year-on-year increase in thin pipe production in November.
