IAI: Alumina production in Europe (including Russia) fell by 6.82% MoM in September

According to data from the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), alumina production in Europe (including Russia) in the third quarter of 2022 was 1.968 million tons, a decrease of 6.2% from 2.098 million tons in the previous quarter, and the rate of decline has slowed down.
Among them, the alumina production in the region in September was 615,000 tons, a decrease of 6.82% from 660,000 tons in August, and a decrease of 26.61% from 838,000 tons in the same period last year.
From January to September 2022, the region's alumina production totaled 6.496 million tons, a decrease of 16.74% from 7.802 million tons in the same period last year. Source:
